FTTS511x/FTTS521x is a DDR5 Thermal Sensor.

Fully compatible to industrial standard I2C and I3C interface and compliant with JEDEC TS511x/TS521x Spec.

High precision Temperature Sensor (TS) as used for memory module applications

Serves as the local device of the SPD HUB, it can continuously monitor the temperature of its location, so as to manage the temperature of the memory module.
