ROHM's serial EEPROM is equipped with the world standard bus form (Microwire, I²C, SPI), and has a wide operating power supply voltage range (1.7 ~ 5.5V, 1.8 ~ 5.5V, 2.5 ~ 5.5V, 3.0 ~ 3.6V), and is also suitable for battery power supply. The entire series is lead-free and complies with the RoHS Directive.
