The PESD1LIN,115 is a bidirectional transient voltage suppressor (TVS) diode specifically designed to protect automotive Local Interconnect Network (LIN) bus lines from electrostatic discharge (ESD) and other transient voltage events. Encapsulated in a compact SOD-323 surface-mount package, this diode features an asymmetric diode configuration that optimizes protection against electromagnetic interference (EMI) in LIN Electronic Control Units (ECUs). It offers a low clamping voltage of 44V at 1A peak pulse current, ensuring minimal signal distortion. With a reverse stand-off voltage of 15V and a peak pulse power rating of 160W at 8/20 µs, the PESD1LIN,115 is suitable for automotive applications requiring robust ESD protection.
