The BC856AQ–BC857BQ family consists of complementary NPN/PNP transistors designed for switching and audio-frequency (AF) amplifier applications. Ideal for automatic insertion, these lead-free, RoHS-compliant devices are halogen- and antimony-free, making them environmentally friendly “Green” components.These transistors are particularly suited for automotive applications requiring strict change control, as they are AEC-Q101 qualified, PPAP capable, and manufactured in IATF 16949 certified facilities.
