Holtek has introduced the BH67F5362A and BH67F5372A, a new generation of 24-bit A/D LCD Flash microcontrollers featuring high-performance Delta-Sigma A/D conversion. These MCUs are specifically designed for high-precision measurement applications, such as electronic scales, blood pressure monitors, thermometers, and industrial instruments.
The BH67F5362A/BH67F5372A integrate a 24-bit Delta-Sigma A/D converter with a maximum conversion rate of 1.6 kHz, delivering excellent resolution and stability for precision sensing applications. The devices also include an additional 12-bit A/D converter operating up to 125 kHz, enabling fast signal acquisition for dynamic measurements and system monitoring.
With an effective number of bits (ENOB) up to 19.5 bits, these MCUs provide outstanding accuracy, making them well suited for metering and medical-grade measurement products.
Both MCUs feature a built-in LCD driver, capable of directly driving LCD panels in multiple configurations (36×4, 34×6, or 32×8), significantly reducing external component count and system cost.
To support diverse system designs, the devices integrate multiple communication interfaces, including UART, SPI, and I²C, along with a comprehensive set of timers and real-time clock (RTC) functionality.
