General Description:

The AX2412 is a 1.5MHz constant frequency currentmode PWM step-downconverter.ltis ideafor portable equipment which requires very highcurrent up to 1A from single-cell Lithium-ionbatteries. The AX2412 also can run at 100%duty cycle for low dropout operation, extendingbattery life in portable systems while light loadoperation provides very low output ripple for noisysensitive applications.The AX2412 can supply up to 1A output loadcurrent from an input voltage 2.5V to 5.5V andthe output voltage can be regulated as low as0.61V. The high switching frequency minimizes thewhile keepingsize ofexternal componentsswitchinglow. The internallossesslopecompensation setting allows the device to operatewith smaller inductor values to optimize size andprovide efficient operation.
