Overview: 

The AX46R01C series is an A/D type 8-bit high performance compact instruction set microcontroller. The AX46R01C series microcontrollers offer a wide range of feature options such as low power consumption, I/O flexibility, timer, oscillation type selectable, sleep/wake-up function, watchdog (WDT) and low voltage reset (LVR). This series of microcontrollers is extremely cost-effective with its internal integrated system oscillator, HIRC, which provides three frequency options without the need to add external components.
