Overview: 

The microcontroller is an 8-bit high performance compact instruction set microcontroller with a range of functions and features, and its MTP memory can be programmed multiple times providing great convenience to the user. In terms of memory, it also contains a RAM data memory and an EEPROM memory that can be used to store non-volatile data such as serial numbers, calibration data, etc. 

In terms of analogue features, the microcontroller contains a multi-channel 12-bit AD converter and comparator function. It also comes with several flexible-to-use timer modules that provide timing functions, pulse generation functions and PWM generation. Internal protection features such as internal watchdog timer, low-voltage reset and low-voltage detection, plus excellent anti-interference and ESD protection: ensure the reliable operation of the microcontroller in harsh electromagnetic interference environments.

The microcontroller provides a wide range of HXT, LXT, HIRC and LIRC oscillator function options, and a complete built-in system oscillator without external components. Its ability to dynamically switch between different operating modes provides users with a means to optimise microcontroller operation and reduce power consumption. Additional features such as external time base function and flexible use of IOs enable this microcontroller to be used in a wide range of products, such as electronic measuring instruments, environmental monitoring, handheld measuring tools, home applications, electronic control tools, motor control, etc.
