STMicroelectronics STM32H750VBT6

The STM32H750VBT6 is a high-performance 32-bit microcontroller from STMicroelectronics featuring an Arm® Cortex®-M7 core with double-precision FPU and L1 cache (16 KB I-cache + 16 KB D-cache), operating at frequencies up to 480 MHz and delivering 1027 DMIPS. This device combines 128 KB of flash memory with an exceptional 1 MB of RAM, including TCM for time-critical routines, enabling code execution from RAM for maximum performance. The architecture integrates three independent power domains for fine-grained power management, extensive security features including ROP, PC-ROP, active tamper, and secure firmware upgrade support, plus cryptographic acceleration (AES, TDES, HASH, and TRNG). Rich multimedia capabilities include an LCD-TFT controller supporting XGA resolution, Chrom-ART graphical accelerator (DMA2D), and a hardware JPEG codec. With up to 35 communication peripherals, 11 analog peripherals (including three 16-bit ADCs), 22 timers, and a high-resolution timer with 2.1 ns resolu
