FMD FT61F14X

The FT61F14X is an enhanced compact instruction set A/D type 8-bit microcontroller with 2T/4T selectable instruction cycle. It features a wide operating voltage range of 1.9V to 5.5V, a multi-channel 12-bit ADC, and multiple flexible timer modules that provide timing, pulse generation, and PWM generation. A built-in USART interface provides the designer with an interface to communicate with external hardware. The built-in low-voltage reset, low-voltage detection and watchdog timer ensure reliable operation in harsh environments. The chip provides internal high-speed clock, internal low-speed clock, external crystal clock and external input clock, users can flexibly configure different clocks according to the needs.
