The GD32H737IIT6 is a member of GigaDevice's flagship GD32H7 series. Based on the 600MHz Arm Cortex-M7 core, it represents China's first ultra-high performance MCU in this category. This MCU delivers exceptional computational power (1552 DMIPS) for complex signal processing and real-time control. With a rich set of advanced peripherals, large memory resources, and industrial-grade robustness, it provides a powerful platform for demanding applications such as industrial automation, high-performance motor control, AI at the edge, and advanced multimedia processing.

Core and Performance: Arm Cortex-M7 core, maximum frequency 600MHz, supports Double-Precision Floating-Point Unit (FPU) and DSP accelerator.

Memory: On-chip flash memory capacity ranges from 1024KB to 3840KB (exact capacity to be confirmed), SRAM is 1024KB.

Package: Based on the model suffix (IIT6), it is likely packaged in LQFP176 or LQFP144.
