Memory: 384 KB embedded Flash, 48 KB SRAM, plus a dedicated code space configurable as 64 KB Data Flash / 4 KB EEPROM.

Automotive Reliability: Compliant with AEC-Q100 Grade 1 reliability standard. Certified for IATF 16949:2016 automotive quality management. Operating temperature range: -40°C to +125°C. Minimum operational lifespan of 15 years.
