Memory: The series supports up to 4 MB of on-chip Flash and 512 KB of SRAM, with dual-bank Flash for seamless OTA (Over-The-Air) updates.

Reliability: Compliant with AEC-Q100 Grade 1 standards, operating temperature range: -40°C to +125°C, with a design lifespan exceeding 15 years.
