The TPA186x is a series of the newest high-supplyvoltage amplifiers with 30-μV low offset, low noise, andstable high-frequency response. The TPA186x seriesincorporates 3PEAK’s proprietary and patented designtechniques to achieve excellent AC performance with 6-MHz bandwidth, 5-V/μs slew rate, and low distortion, whiledrawing only 1.4-mA quiescent current per amplifier. Thecommon-mode input voltage range extends to V−, and theoutputs swing rail-to-rail.The TPA186x series has an over-temperature protectionfeature to guarantee chip safety. The output ofthe TPA186x enters high impendence when the dietemperature reaches around 170°C, and recoversthe function when the die temperature is down toaround 150°C. The TPA186x series has a very smallpower temperature coefficient, which is beneficial fortemperature-sensitive applications.
