The devices are CMOS single, dual, and quad RRIO opamps to support 2.7-V to 16-V single supply or ±1.35-Vto ±8-V dual supply. They incorporate 3PEAK’s proprietaryand patented design techniques to achieve excellent DCand AC performance including 250-μV maximum offsetvoltage at 25°C, 2.5-MHz gain-bandwidth product, and 2-V/μs slew rate.The devices have a unique zero-crossover input topologyto eliminate the input offset transition region, which isbrought by the complementary input stage of rail-to-railinput operational amplifiers. The input common-moderange includes both the negative and positive supplies.CMRR is excellent in all common-mode ranges and has noinput stage crossover distortion.The devices are available in standard packages (such asSOT23, SOP, and MSOP). The devices are specified from−40°C to 125°C.
