The TPH2861 is a high-speed, low-noise operationalamplifier with high-speed BJT inputs, suitable forbroadband cross resistance and voltage amplifierapplications.The device with 8-GHz GBP can achieve enough closedloop bandwidth even when the transimpedance is aboutseveral tens of kΩ in the wideband trans-impedance (TIA)applications.The TPH2861 also has a large-signal bandwidth of 850MHz (2 VPP) , a slew rate of 2750 V/μs, and only 2.8 ns foroverload recovery, making it suitable for high-speed pulseapplications.The feedback pin (FB) of the TPH2861 decreases thedistance of the feedback network connection betweenthe input and output on the PCB, which benefits theachievement of high closed-loop bandwidth.
