Description：

The devices in this series consist of single, dual, or quadindependent comparators on a single monolithic substrate.The common mode input voltage range includes groundeven when operated from a single supply, and the lowpower supply current drain makes these comparatorssuitable for battery operation. These types are designed todirectly interface with TTL and CMOS. The current drainis independent of the supply voltage. The outputs canbe connected to other open-collector outputs to achievewired-AND relationships.The operating temperature range of the devices is from−40°C to +125°C.
