The LM2903DQ consists of dual comparators on a singlemonolithic substrate. The common-mode input voltagerange includes ground even when the LM2903DQ isoperated from a single supply. The low power supplycurrent drain makes these comparators suitable for batteryoperation. These types are designed to directly interfacewith TTL and CMOS. The current drain is independent ofthe supply voltage. The outputs can be connected to otheropen-collector or open-drain outputs to achieve wired-ANDrelationships.The LM2903DQ is a dual-channel version available in an8-pin SOP package. The LM2903DQ is specified for thetemperature range from −40°C to +125°C.
