Description：

The TPA2296 family is high-voltage, high-side currentsense amplifier with voltage output. The TPA2296 cansense drops across shunts at common-mode voltagesfrom −0.1 V up to 70 V. The TPA2296 is available withthree output voltage scales: 20 V/V, 50 V/V, and 100 V/V,with up to 0.5-MHz bandwidth.The TPA2296 operates from a single 3.0-V to 18-Vsupply and offers breakthrough performance throughoutthe −40°C to +125°C temperature range. It features azero-drift core, which leads to an offset drift of 0.6μV/°Cthroughout the operating temperature range and thecommon-mode voltage range.The TPA2296 is offered in 6-pin and 5-pin SOT23packages.
