Nation Z32HUB

Z32HUB is a high-performance 32-bit USB KEY security chip with hardware USB2.0 Full Speed, with a 1-channel SPI main interface, a 1-channel UART interface, a specially customized headphone interface and a rich GPIO. It integrates 32-bit Arm® Cortex®-M0 high-performance security core, 16KB core external RAM and 320KB built-in Flash. The chip has built-in SM1/SM3/SM4 algorithm operation unit, a 64-bit public key cryptography engine (ECC/SM2/RSA1024/RSA2048) with 3KB dedicated RAM, DES/3DES algorithm operation unit, AES algorithm operation unit, SHA1/SHA256/SHA384/SHA512 algorithm operation unit and true random number generation circuit. The chip has passed EAL4+ security certification.
