The TAJD227K010RNJ is a general‑purpose, solid (dry) tantalum surface‑mount capacitor from the TAJ Series made by KYOCERA AVX. It provides 220 µF capacitance with a rated voltage of 10 VDC and a tolerance of ±10%. The component is housed in a compact 2917 (metric 7343) case — 7.3 mm × 4.3 mm × 2.9 mm — making it suitable for space‑constrained PCB layouts. With an ESR (equivalent series resistance) around 0.5 Ω (typical, measured at 100 kHz), and rated to operate from –55 °C up to +125 °C, it is well‑suited for DC/DC converter output filtering, power supply decoupling, and general smoothing roles in embedded and power‑electronics applications.
