The Skyworks EFM8BB51F16G-C-QFN20R is a versatile 8-bit microcontroller from the Busy Bee family, designed to deliver high performance and analog integration in space-constrained industrial and consumer applications. Built on an efficient 8051 core with a CIP-51 architecture, it operates at up to 50MHz and features 16KB of Flash memory and 1.25KB of RAM.
