MICROCHIP ATMEGA328P-AU

The ATMEGA328P-AU is a high-performance, low-power 8-bit microcontroller from Microchip’s popular AVR® family, built on an advanced RISC architecture. It executes most instructions in a single clock cycle, achieving up to 20 MIPS throughput at 20MHz. The device features 32KB of in-system self-programmable Flash, 1KB of EEPROM, and 2KB of internal SRAM, providing robust non-volatile memory with high endurance—10,000 write/erase cycles for Flash and 100,000 for EEPROM, along with data retention of 20 years at 85°C. This microcontroller is equipped with a rich set of peripherals, including two 8-bit timers, one 16-bit timer with capture and compare modes, six PWM channels, an 8-channel 10-bit ADC with temperature measurement, programmable USART, SPI, and I2C-compatible 2-wire serial interfaces. It also features multiple sleep modes—including Idle, Power-down, and Power-save—enabling ultra-low power consumption as low as 0.1µA in Power-down mode.
