MXIC MX29F040CQI-70G

The MX29F040CQI-70G incorporates advanced software features including erase suspend and erase resume, allowing a sector erase operation to be temporarily suspended to read or program data from another sector. Status detection is provided via Data# Polling and Toggle bits, enabling easy monitoring of program and erase completion. The device consumes low active read current of 30mA (maximum at 5MHz) and features a typical standby current of just 1µA. It offers a minimum endurance of 100,000 erase/program cycles and data retention of 20 years. Housed in a 32-pin PLCC package, the device is RoHS compliant and JEDEC standard compatible, making it suitable for a wide range of embedded, industrial, and consumer applications requiring reliable flash memory.
