The MT40A1G16KD-062E:E is a high-speed 16Gb DDR4 SDRAM from Micron Technology, organized as 1G x 16 and operating from a 1.2V supply voltage. Utilizing an 8n-prefetch architecture, the device delivers high-speed operation with a maximum clock frequency of 1.6GHz (DDR4-3200) and a CAS latency of CL = 22. The device features on-die, internally adjustable VREFDQ generation and uses a 1.2V pseudo open-drain I/O interface for improved power efficiency . It supports advanced DDR4 features including write leveling, self refresh mode, low-power auto self refresh (LPASR), temperature-controlled refresh (TCR), fine granularity refresh, and data bus inversion (DBI). The memory is organized with 16 internal banks (for x4/x8 configurations) and 8 banks (for x16 configuration), with four banks per bank group .
