XHSC HC32F4A0PITB-LQFP100

The HC32F4A0PITB-LQFP100 is a high-performance 32-bit microcontroller from XHSC (Xiaohua Semiconductor), built around an ARM Cortex-M4 core with integrated Floating-Point Unit (FPU), Memory Protection Unit (MPU), DSP with SIMD instruction support, and a full instruction trace unit (ETM). Operating at up to 240MHz, it delivers 300DMIPS (825 Coremarks) of computing performance. The device features up to 2MB of dual-bank Flash memory and 516KB of SRAM, including 128KB of single-cycle access high-speed RAM. Advanced analog integration includes three independent 12-bit 2.5MSPS ADCs with simultaneous sampling capability, four 12-bit 15MSPS DACs, four programmable gain amplifiers (PGAs), four voltage comparators (CMPs), and an on-chip temperature sensor. The HC32F4A0PITB-LQFP100 offers extensive connectivity with up to 32 communication interfaces, including USB 2.0 HS and FS (OTG), 10/100M Ethernet MAC with IEEE 1588-2018 PTP support, two CANs supporting CAN FD, QSPI supporting 240Mbps XIP.S
