Texas Instruments OPA2320AQDGKRQ1

The OPA2320AQDGKRQ1 is a dual-channel, precision, low-voltage CMOS operational amplifier from Texas Instruments, qualified for automotive applications (AEC-Q100 Grade 1, –40°C to +125°C). It features a unique zero-crossover distortion linear input stage, delivering excellent common‑mode rejection ratio (CMRR) of 114dB typical across the entire input range. The device operates with a low quiescent current of only 1.45mA per channel while providing low noise (7nV/√Hz at 10kHz) and high bandwidth (20MHz). Rail-to-rail input/output, low offset voltage (150µV max), low input bias current (0.9pA max), and a slew rate of 10V/µs make it ideal for driving sampling ADCs, signal conditioning, and sensor amplification. The OPA2320AQDGKRQ1 supports a single‑supply voltage range from 1.8V to 5.5V with excellent PSRR (106dB) and is unity‑gain stable. Housed in a compact 8‑pin VSSOP (DGK) package, it is well suited for high‑precision, low‑power automotive and industrial applications.

Description:

The OPA320-Q1 and OPA2320-Q1 (OPAx320-Q1) devices are a new generation of precision, low-voltage CMOS operational amplifiers (op amps) optimized for very low noise and wide bandwidth. These devices operate with a low quiescent current of only 1.45mA. The OPAx320-Q1 is well suited for low-power, single-supply applications. The combination of low noise (7nV/√Hz) and high-speed operation makes these devices excellent choices for driving sampling analog-to-digital converters (ADCs). Other applications include signal conditioning and sensor amplification. The OPAx320-Q1 features a linear input stage with zero-crossover distortion, delivering excellent common-mode rejection ratio (CMRR) of 114dB (typical) across the entire input range. The common-mode input range extends 100mV beyond the positive and negative supply voltages. Output voltage swing is typically within 10mV of the supply rails. Additionally, the OPAx320-Q1 offers a wide supply voltage range from 1.8V to 5.5V with excellent PSRR (106dB) across the entire supply range. These features make the OPAx320-Q1 suitable for high-precision, low-power applications that operate directly from batteries without regulation. The OPAx320-Q1 devices are available in an 8-pin VSSOP (DGK) package.
