The Onsemi NB3L553MNR4G is a high-performance, low skew 1-to-4 clock fanout buffer specifically designed for clock distribution applications. It guarantees low output-to-output skew (35ps typical) through optimal design, layout, and processing, minimizing skew both within a device and from device to device.This device operates with an input/output clock frequency of up to 200 MHz and supports a wide supply voltage range from 2.375V to 5.25V, making it versatile for various system designs. It features an output-enable (OE) pin that tri-states the outputs, an RMS phase jitter of just 29fs typical (12kHz – 20MHz), and a 5V tolerant input clock (ICLK) .The NB3L553MNR4G is housed in a compact 8-pin DFN package (2mm x 2mm) and operates over the industrial temperature range of -40°C to +85°C. It is ideal for networking clocks and is Pb-Free and RoHS compliant.
