TI LM5012QDDARQ1 Datesheet

The LM5012QDDARQ1 is an automotive‑grade non‑synchronous buck converter designed to regulate over a wide 6 V to 100 V input voltage range, minimizing the need for external surge suppression components. A minimum controllable on‑time of 50 ns enables large step‑down conversion ratios, allowing direct step‑down from a 48‑V nominal input to low‑voltage rails, which reduces system complexity and cost. The device operates during input voltage dips as low as 6 V and can run at nearly 100% duty cycle, making it ideal for high‑performance industrial and automotive applications. With an integrated high‑side power MOSFET, the LM5012 delivers up to 2.5 A of output current. The constant on‑time (COT) control architecture provides nearly constant switching frequency with excellent load and line transient response without requiring loop compensation. Description:
