The W25Q128JVPIQ is a 128M-bit (16M-byte) serial flash memory device from Winbond’s SpiFlash® family, designed for systems with limited space, pins, and power. The W25Q128JVPIQ is a 128M-bit (16M-byte) serial flash memory device from Winbond’s SpiFlash® family, designed for systems with limited space, pins, and power. It operates on a single 2.7V to 3.6V power supply and supports Standard SPI, Dual SPI, and Quad SPI interfaces, enabling high-performance data transfer up to 532MHz equivalent clock speed (66MB/s continuous transfer rate) -10. The device features a clock frequency of 133MHz for single/dual/quad SPI modes, providing flexibility for code shadowing, Execute-in-Place (XIP) operation, and data storage -10.
