Nanya NT6CL512T32AM-H1 Datesheet

The NT6CL512T32AM-H1 is a high-density Mobile LPDDR3 SDRAM from Nanya Technology Corporation, designed to deliver an optimal balance of high performance and ultra-low power consumption for battery-operated mobile and embedded systems -2. Operating from a dual power supply of VDD1 = 1.70V to 1.95V and VDD2/VDDQ/VDDCA = 1.14V to 1.30V, it is fully compliant with the JEDEC LPDDR3 standard and features the HSUL_12 (High-Speed Unterminated Logic for 1.2V) interface.Organized as 512M words x 32 bits (16Gb density) , the device achieves a maximum data rate of 1866Mbps (933MHz clock frequency) with a corresponding Read Latency (RL) of 14 . It utilizes an 8n prefetch architecture with burst length of 8 (BL8) to enhance data throughput while minimizing active power draw.
