The 5CGTFD7C5F23I7N is a high-performance Field Programmable Gate Array (FPGA) from Intel's (formerly Altera) Cyclone® V GT series. Fabricated on TSMC's 28-nm low-power (28LP) process technology, this device balances low power consumption with high bandwidth, making it ideal for cost-sensitive and high-volume applications that require integrated transceivers and hard memory controllers. With a core voltage of 1.1V and support for industrial temperature ranges, it is suitable for deployment in demanding environments.This FPGA integrates 149,500 logic elements (LEs) across 56,480 adaptive logic modules (ALMs), 7,880,704 total RAM bits, and 240 user I/O pins. The device also features nine high-speed transceiver channels capable of up to 6.144 Gbps, 312 embedded 18x18 multipliers, and support for external memory interfaces such as DDR2, DDR3, and LPDDR2.
