TI ISO7763FQDBQRQ1 STOCK

The ISO7763FQDBQRQ1 is a high-performance, automotive-grade six-channel digital isolator from Texas Instruments' ISO776x-Q1 family. It provides reinforced isolation rated at 3000VRMS per UL 1577 (for the DBQ package) and is certified by VDE, CSA, TUV, and CQC. This device features a silicon dioxide (SiO2) insulation barrier, enabling high electromagnetic immunity and low emissions with low power consumption. It supports a wide supply voltage range of 2.25V to 5.5V, allowing for level translation. The ISO7763FQDBQRQ1 offers a flexible pin configuration with three channels in the forward direction and three in reverse. The "F" suffix indicates that the device defaults to a low output state when the input power or signal is lost. Key features include a 100Mbps data rate, robust isolation barrier with >30 years expected lifetime, ±100kV/µs typical CMTI, low propagation delay (11ns typical at 5V), and low power consumption (1.4mA typical per channel at 1Mbps).

Description:

The ISO776x-Q1 devices are high-performance, six-channel digital isolators with 5000VRMS (DW package) and 3000VRMS (DBQ package) isolation ratings per UL 1577. This family of devices is also VDE, CSA, TUV, and CQC certified. While isolating CMOS or LVCMOS digital I/Os, the ISO776x-Q1 family of devices provide high electromagnetic immunity and low emissions at low power consumption. Each isolation channel has a logic input and output buffer separated by a silicon dioxide (SiO2) insulation barrier. The ISO776x-Q1 family of devices is available in all possible pin configurations such that all six channels can be in the same direction, or one, two, or three channels can be in reverse direction while the remaining channels are in the forward direction. In case of input power or signal loss, the devices without the F suffix default to a high output, while devices with the F suffix default to a low output. For more details, refer to the Device Functional Modes section.
