It integrates MOSFETswitches, small-signal circuits, compensation, and theinductor in an advanced 4mm x 7mm x 1.85mm 38-pin QFN package.The EN6337QI is specifically designed to meet theprecise voltage and fast transient requirements ofpresent and future high-performance, low-powerprocessor, DSP, FPGA, memory boards and systemlevel applications in distributed power architecture.The device’s advanced circuit techniques, ultra highswitching frequency, and proprietary integratedinductor technology deliver high-quality, ultracompact, non-isolated DC-DC conversion.The Altera Enpirion power solution significantly helpsin system design and productivity by offering greatlysimplified board design, layout and manufacturingrequirements.
