The HT75xx-1 series is a set of three-terminal low-power high-voltage regulators implemented with CMOS technology. The output current is 100mA and the allowable input voltage can be as high as 30V. It features several fixed output voltages ranging from 2.1V to 12.0V. CMOS technology ensures low dropout voltage and low quiescent current characteristics.

Although primarily designed as fixed voltage regulators, these ICs can be combined with external components to obtain variable voltages and currents.
