ST STM32G071KBU6 Datesheet

The STM32G071KBU6 is an ultra-low-power 32-bit microcontroller based on the high-performance Arm® Cortex®-M0+ core, operating at frequencies up to 64 MHz. It features up to 128 Kbytes of Flash memory with protection and securable area, and 36 Kbytes of SRAM with hardware parity check. The device offers a comprehensive set of analog features including a 12-bit ADC with hardware oversampling (up to 16-bit), two 12-bit DACs with low-power sample-and-hold, and two rail-to-rail analog comparators. It integrates an extensive timing suite with 14 timers, including a 128 MHz-capable advanced motor-control timer and a 32-bit general-purpose timer. The STM32G071KBU6 supports multiple low-power modes (Sleep, Stop, Standby, Shutdown) and includes a VBAT supply for RTC and backup registers.
