TI ISOW7841FDWER Datesheet

The ISOW784x family from Texas Instruments is a series of high‑performance, quad‑channel, reinforced digital isolators featuring an integrated high‑efficiency DC‑DC power converter with an on‑chip transformer, delivering up to 650 mW of regulated isolated output power (5 V or 3.3 V). This integration eliminates the need for a separate isolated power supply in space‑constrained designs. The devices support a wide input supply range of 3 V to 5.5 V and provide flexible output configurations with load currents up to 130 mA (5 V to 5 V / 5 V to 3.3 V), 75 mA (3.3 V to 3.3 V), and 40 mA (3.3 V to 5 V). The robust isolation barrier offers a rating of 5000 VRMS, surge immunity up to 10 kVPK, ±100 kV/µs minimum CMTI, and an expected lifetime exceeding 100 years at 1 kVRMS working voltage. The devices achieve 100 Mbps data rate with typical propagation delay of 13 ns (5 V supply).

The ISOW784x family is a series of high‑performance, quad‑channel, reinforced digital isolators with an integrated, high‑efficiency power converter. The integrated DC‑DC converter operates with high efficiency, delivering up to 650 mW of isolated power and can be configured with various input and output voltages. As a result, space‑constrained isolated designs no longer require a separate isolated power supply, thanks to these devices.
