The IMP811R-TD series is a microprocessor reset chip with voltage detection functionality, featuring an enable control pin (MR). It is designed to monitor the supply voltage of microcontrollers or other logic systems. It provides a reset signal to the system during power-up, power-down, and power-saving conditions, or when the supply voltage drops below the preset detection threshold voltage (Vth). Additionally, when the supply voltage rises above the preset detection threshold (Vth) during power-up, or when the MR voltage transitions from low to high, the VRESET output becomes high after a delay of Trp. In the IMP811R-TD series, VRESET is driven low when the input voltage falls below the detection threshold Vth; VRESET is also driven low when the MR enable control pin is at a low level. The device is simple to use and requires no external components.
