TI TLV3601DCKR Datesheet

The TLV360x is a family of 325MHz high-speed comparators featuring rail-to-rail inputs and a propagation delay of 2.5ns. With fast response and a wide operating voltage range of 2.4V to 5.5V, they are ideal for narrow signal pulse detection and clock/data recovery in LiDAR, rangefinders, and line receivers. The push-pull (single-ended) output simplifies board-to-board I/O routing, saves associated costs, and reduces power consumption compared with alternative high-speed differential-output comparators, while allowing direct connection to most current digital controllers and IO expanders. The TLV3601 (5-pin SC70 and SOT23) suits space-constrained devices benefiting from fast response. The TLV3603(E) (6-pin SC70) matches the TLV3601 in speed and size while adding adjustable hysteresis control and latch functionality; the TLV3603E operates over an extended -55°C to 125°C range.

Description:

The TLV360x is a 325MHz high-speed comparator featuring rail-to-rail inputs and a propagation delay of 2.5ns. These two comparators respond quickly and offer a wide operating voltage range, making them ideal for narrow signal pulse detection and clock/data recovery applications in LiDAR, rangefinders, and line receivers. Compared with alternative high-speed differential-output comparators, the push-pull (single-ended) output of the TLV360x family simplifies board-to-board routing of I/O interfaces and saves associated costs while reducing power consumption. They can directly connect to most current digital controllers and IO expanders in downstream circuits. The TLV3601 is available in 5-pin SC70 and SOT23 packages, making it ideal for space-constrained devices that can benefit from the comparator's fast response time. The TLV3603(E) is available in a 6-pin SC70 package, offering the same speed and size as the TLV3601 while providing additional features such as adjustable hysteresis control and latch functionality. The TLV3602 is a dual-channel version of the TLV3601, available in 8-pin VSSOP and WSON packages.
