GENERAL DESCRIPTION：

The SGM2036 is a low noise, low voltage, highaccuracy and low dropout voltage linear regulator. It iscapable of supplying 300mA output current with typicaldropout voltage of only 165mV. The operating inputvoltage range is from 1.6V to 5.5V. The output voltagerange is from 0.8V to 5.0V in fixed output version. Foradjustable output version, the output voltage can beadjusted from 0.8V to 5.0V by using external resistors.Other features include logic-controlled shutdown mode,short-circuit current limit and thermal shutdownprotection. The SGM2036 has automatic dischargefunction to quickly discharge VOUT in the disabled status.The SGM2036 is suitable for application which needslow noise and low dropout voltage, such as MP3players, palmtop computers, etc. Fixed or adjustableoutput voltage versions are provided.The SGM2036 is available in Green UTDFN-1×1-4L,SOT-23-5 and SC70-5 packages. It operates over anoperating temperature range of -40℃ to +85℃.
