Micron MT40A512M16LY-075:E

The MT40A512M16LY-075:E is a high-performance 8Gb DDR4 SDRAM from Micron, designed to meet the demanding requirements of modern computing and networking applications. Operating from a 1.2V VDD and VDDQ supply with a tolerance of ±60mV, this device delivers improved power efficiency compared to previous generation DRAM technologies. The x16 configuration features 8 internal banks organized as 2 groups of 4 banks each, utilizing an 8n-bit prefetch architecture to achieve high data throughput. This DDR4 device incorporates a comprehensive set of advanced features to enhance signal integrity, system reliability, and power management. It includes programmable on-die termination (ODT) with nominal, park, and dynamic options, output driver calibration, and data bus inversion (DBI). For robust operation, it supports command/address parity, databus write cyclic redundancy check (CRC), and per-DRAM addressability.
