The HTS221 is an ultra-compact sensor forrelative humidity and temperature. It includes asensing element and a mixed signal ASIC toprovide the measurement information throughdigital serial interfaces.The sensing element consists of a polymerdielectric planar capacitor structure capable ofdetecting relative humidity variations and ismanufactured using a dedicated ST process.The HTS221 is available in a small top-holed capland grid array (HLGA) package guaranteed tooperate over a temperature range from -40 °C to+120 °C.
