Description:
The TM1730 is a memory-mapped, multifunctional LCD driver dedicated chip supporting either 80-dot mode (20 SEG × 4 COM) or 128-dot mode (16 SEG × 8 COM), with a built-in maximum key scan matrix circuit of 20×1 or 16×1. The software configuration features of the TM1730 make it suitable for a variety of LCD applications, including LCD modules and display subsystems. The connection between the host controller and the TM1730 requires only a 2-wire I²C communication interface. This product offers excellent performance and high reliability.
