The Puya P25Q128SN is a 128Mbit (16MB) high-performance serial NOR flash memory designed for fast, reliable, and space-efficient code and data storage in embedded applications. It supports standard SPI, as well as Dual I/O and Quad I/O interfaces, with read speeds of up to 133MHz, making it ideal for execute-in-place (XIP) operations.

With an operating voltage range of 2.7V to 3.6V, the P25Q128SN offers 100,000 program/erase cycles, 5-year data retention, and low-power standby modes, including deep power-down for battery-powered systems. It features robust data protection through block lock, software/hardware write protection, and a /WP pin.

Packaged in a standard SOP-8 (150mil), the P25Q128SN integrates easily into a wide variety of consumer, industrial, and IoT products.
