The Puya P25Q32LC-C8H is a 32Mbit (4MB) low-power serial NOR flash memory designed for high-speed, space-efficient embedded applications. Featuring support for Standard SPI, Dual I/O, and Quad I/O interfaces, it enables fast read performance up to 133MHz, making it ideal for code execution and data storage in systems with limited resources.

Operating within a 2.7V to 3.6V voltage range, the P25Q32LC-C8H supports 100,000 program/erase cycles and includes deep power-down mode for low standby current. Its compact SOP-8 (C8H) package ensures easy integration into a wide variety of embedded systems such as IoT devices, smart home electronics, industrial controls, and consumer gadgets.
