It includes a deep power‑down mode for minimal standby current, enhancing energy efficiency in long‑run deployments.Designed for reliability in space‑constrained boards, the P25Q40UJ‑C8H comes in a SOP‑8 (C8H) package and supports up to 100,000 program/erase cycles per sector.
