The Puya PY25Q128HA-Auto is a 128Mbit (16MB) automotive-grade SPI NOR flash memory, specifically designed to meet the demanding requirements of automotive systems. It supports standard SPI, Dual I/O, and Quad I/O interfaces and operates at clock frequencies up to 133MHz, making it suitable for fast boot and real-time code execution in critical systems.

Certified to AEC-Q100 Grade 2, the PY25Q128HA-Auto operates reliably in extreme temperature environments from –40°C to +125°C, and supports high endurance with up to 100,000 program/erase cycles. It is ideal for use in ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems), infotainment systems, instrument clusters, and automotive gateways.
