The Puya PY25Q16HB‑Auto is a 16 Mbit (2 MB) automotive-grade serial NOR flash memory designed for high-reliability systems. Qualified under AEC-Q100 and rated for –40 °C to +125 °C operation, it excels in rugged environments such as automotive ECUs, ADAS modules, infotainment systems, and industrial controls.

Featuring a flexible SPI interface with Dual and Quad I/O, the device enables fast data throughput up to 133 MHz. It supports low power modes, including deep power-down, to optimize battery life and minimize standby current. The PY25Q16HB‑Auto also delivers robust data integrity with 100,000 program/erase cycles, 5-year data retention, and enhanced protection mechanisms such as block-locking, software write protection, and a hardware /WP pin.

Encased in an SOP-8 (150 mil) package, this flash memory is easy to integrate into standard automotive and industrial PCB layouts.
