The Puya PY25Q32HB-Auto is a 32Mbit (4MB) automotive-grade serial NOR flash memory designed for high-reliability applications in harsh environments. With support for SPI, Dual I/O, and Quad I/O interfaces, it offers high-speed read performance up to 133MHz, enabling fast data access and efficient code execution.

Qualified to AEC-Q100 standards and rated for a wide temperature range of –40°C to +125°C, this flash memory is ideal for demanding automotive systems such as ECUs, ADAS modules, infotainment systems, and other rugged embedded applications. It operates on a standard voltage range of 2.7V to 3.6V and supports deep power-down mode for ultra-low standby current.

The PY25Q32HB-Auto ensures data integrity with 100,000 program/erase cycles, 5-year data retention, block locking, software/hardware write protection, and a /WP pin. It is available in standard automotive-grade SOP-8 packaging, making it easy to integrate into vehicle-grade PCBs.
