The STM32F215RGT6 is a high-performance microcontroller based on the ARM® Cortex®-M3 core, operating at up to 120 MHz. It features the Adaptive Real-Time (ART) Accelerator™, enabling 0-wait state execution from Flash memory and delivering up to 150 DMIPS. With up to 1 MB of Flash memory, 128 KB of SRAM, 4 KB of backup SRAM, and 512 bytes of OTP memory, this device provides substantial storage and data retention capabilities. A key differentiator of this device is its integrated cryptographic acceleration, supporting AES (128, 192, 256), Triple DES, and hash functions (MD5, SHA-1), along with a true random number generator (TRNG) for secure applications. It includes three 12-bit 0.5 µs ADCs capable of up to 6 MSPS in triple interleaved mode, two 12-bit DACs, a flexible static memory controller (FSMC) supporting external memories and LCD parallel interfaces, and up to 17 timers (including twelve 16-bit and two 32-bit timers).
